Abstract

Government is the executor of public services in a bureaucracy, public services in the current era by implementing established policies. The current government policy is to organize the implementation of public service malls, the implementation of public service malls or MPP in regional/district/city governments is carried out by the One Stop Service Investment Office (DPMPTSP). MPP. as an agency that has the authority in terms of licensing, so that it becomes the leading sector in the administration of public service malls. The existence of public service malls in Indonesia is expected to add a new color to the history of public service administration reform. data integration and integrated information systems are needed to realize service efficiency. Services that are integrated centrally in one building are expected to speed up the service process for residents in managing permits and non-licensing. With the services offered centrally, the public will be facilitated in the process of managing the necessary documents without having to move from one place to another. This public service mall is also held in the Ponorogo Regency Government. This research is about, namely to find out how the One-Stop Integrated Service Investment Service (DPMPTSP) prepares the implementation of public service malls as to what its implementation is and how the response and enthusiasm of the community regarding the implementation of this new public service. is expected to be known and described related to the effectiveness and efficiency of the implementation of public service malls. In this study using a qualitative descriptive type of research method.Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the implementation of the regulation on public service malls is part of the initial stages to get to a real public service mall.
