Abstract

Abstrak Setelah melewati masa kritis pandemi covid-19 selama dua tahun dengan menerapkan kebijakan dari pemerintah. Tahun ini perkembangan pandemi covid-19 di Indonesia terus membaik. Dilihat dari jumlah kasus yang terus mengalami penurunan dan vaksinasi yang terus meningkat. Perubahan status pandemi menjadi endemi perlahan dilakukan Indonesia. Pemerintah melakukan pelonggaran mobilitas masyarakat dengan mengeluarkan kebijakan publik mengenai pelaku perjalanan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah kebijakan yang ditetapkan pemerintah sudah tepat dan efektif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dan deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data studi pustaka dengan mengumpulkan data dari media secara online dan website resmi pemerintah, buku atau manuskrip yang berhubungan dengan penelitian terkait. Untuk memudahkan ektraksi analisis data serta memastikan validitas data kualitatif menggunakan aplikasi Nvivo 12 Plus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kebijakan publik yang diimplementasikan oleh pemerintah dapat dikatakan tepat dan juga efektif. Kebijakan tersebut sangat berpengaruh dan berdampak cukup signifikan bagi berbagai sektor penting di Indonesia. Kata Kunci: Kebijakan Publik, Pasca Covid-19, PPLN. Abstract After going through a critical period of the COVID-19 pandemic for two years by implementing policies from the government. This year the development of the COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia continues to improve. Judging from the number of cases that continues to decrease and vaccinations continue to increase. Indonesia is slowly changing the status of the pandemic to endemic. The government is easing community mobility by issuing public policies regarding travellers. The purpose of this study is to determine whether the policies set by the government are appropriate and effective. This study uses qualitative and descriptive methods with literature study data collection techniques by collecting data from online media and official government websites, books or manuscripts related to related research. To facilitate the extraction of data analysis and ensure the validity of qualitative data using the Nvivo 12 Plus application. The results of the study show that the public policies implemented by the government can be said to be appropriate and effective. These policies are very influential and have a significant impact on various important sectors in Indonesia. Keywords: Public Policy, Post Covid-19, PPLN.
