Abstract

ABSTRAK Batik merupakan salah satu produk warisan budaya Indonesia yang sangat dikenal oleh dunia. Batik menjadi salah satu media ekspresi masyarakat Jawa dalam menyampaikan pesan atau nasihat. Desa Campurejo, Kecamatan Sambit, Kabupaten Ponorogo adalah salah satu desa yang memiliki kelompok batik yang dinamakan dengan “Kelompok batik Campurejo Raharjo”. Penelitian ini membahas tentang bagaimana eksistensi kelompok batik Campurejo Raharjo pada masa pandemi covid-19. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif yang mana penelitian bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran secara sistematis faktual dan akurat mengenai data yang ada di lokasi. Hasil dari penelitian tentang eksistensi kelompok batik Campurejo Raharjo mengalami penurunan dalam eksistensinya. Ada beberapa hambatan yang menyebabkan kelompok tersebut mengalami penurunan, dimana hambatan itu berasal dari eksternal dan internal kelompok. Hambatan eksternal kelompok sendiri adalah dengan adanya pandemic covid-19. Sedangkan hambatan dari internal kelompok seperti manajemen kelompok, struktur kelompok, dan kesulitan anggota dalam mencapai tujuan yang sudah cukup namun pemahaman terhadap IT yang minim dan tidak ada usaha untuk melakukan perubahan serta sistem pemasaran yang menunggu bola. Batik is one of the expressions of Javanese society in conveying messages or advice. Campurejo Village, Sambit District, Ponorogo Regency is one of the villages that has a batik group called the "Campurejo Raharjo". This study discusses how the existence of the Campurejo Raharjo group during the covid-19 pandemic. The research method used is descriptive qualitative where the research aims to provide a systematic, factual and accurate description of the data in the location. The results of research on the existence of the Campurejo Raharjo batik group have decreased in their existence. There are several obstacles that cause the group to decline, where the barriers come from external and internal groups. The group's own external barrier is the COVID-19 pandemic. While the obstacles from internal groups such as group management, group structure, and difficulty of members in achieving goals are sufficient, but understanding of IT is minimal and there is no effort to make changes and the marketing system is waiting for the ball.
