Abstract
An alternative to handling plastic waste is by recycling, Pyrolysis is a recycling process by converting plastic waste into useful fuel. Plastic is a type of molecule formed by a polymerization process. The pyrolysis process will be used as a method to overcome plastic waste by designing tools and coolers to produce PP type plastic oil, in this method a Spiral�ice-water-cooled condenser and an ice-water radiator are used so that the combustion process does not occur excessive heat. Spiral is a cooling system that is used to absorb heat carried by smoke with ice water media in this cooling system produced 1000gr of plastic producing 600ml at a temperature of 200℃ and PP type plastic oil time in 180 minutes the results are also more complete for testing the results of the calorific value on the content oil is 52,469 (MJ/Kg) in the study time of 10 minutes, while the distillation is 115℃/93.4% in the study time for 30 minutes. The ice water radiator media is a cooling medium that is simpler than other coolants in this cooling system, the results are 300 ml of PP type plastic oil at a temperature of 200℃ and a burning time of 180 minutes while the calorific value is 51.121 (MJ/Kg) and distillation is 254.4℃ /94% 1 Key Word: Spiral,Radiator,Heat Value,Distillation,PP Plastic
