Abstract

The marketing strategy used by each company is certainly different in attracting consumers to use the services provided by each company, the purpose of this research is to determine how the marketing public relations approach implemented by PT. Citra Mentari Mandiri in increasing the number of housing purchases. This research was conducted at PT. Citra Mentari Mandiri This study's methodology employs a descriptive qualitative data approach. This study is intended to find out how the strategy implemented by the company in order to continue to maintain the company's existence to achieve the amount of revenue, in this study identifies the marketing public relations process at the company using the 9P marketing mix and the strategy to increase the number of housing buyers using 3 components of pull, push and pass. to improve marketing public relations.
