Abstract

ABSTRACT Developments in the fast-paced world of the economy and quality human resources are a special value for a company. Companies must be able to improve and make plans and evaluate each other's performance so that the company is more advanced and remains trusted by the community through its resources. This study aims to determine the effect of independent attitude, human relations, working environment conditions, and leadership on the work ethic of frontliner employees at PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Operation Area 7 Madiun. The research approach used is descriptive quantitative. The sampling technique used is the nonprobability sampling technique with the saturated sample method totaling 74 respondents. Analysis of the data used using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study are independent attitude has a significant influence on work ethic with a value of t count = 2,023, the value of t table = 1,995, human relations has a positive and significant influence on work ethic with a value of t count = 2,558, work environment conditions have an influence which is positive and significant on work ethic with a t-count value = 2,465, leadership has a positive and significant influence on work ethic with a t-count value = 2.696. Independent attitude, human relations, working environment conditions, and leadership have a joint influence on work ethic. .
