Abstract

PERAN LURAH BANGUNSARI DOLOPO DALAM MENINGKATKAN USAHA, MIKKRO, KECIL, DAN MENENGAH (UMKM) DIMASA PANDEMI COVID0-19 ABSTRAK Peningkatan pertumbuhan ekonomi dimasa pandemi covid-19 adalah suatu hal sangat penting dalam menjalankan tugas, fungsi dan peran seorang Lurah. Sehingga sangat penting diperlukannya upaya pimpinan kelurahan dalam mewujudkannya, kelurahan Bangunsari melakukan beberapa implementasi percepatan peningkatan pertumbuhan ekonomi dimasa pandemi covid-19. Peran Lurah Bangunasari menjadi tombak keberhasilan upaya dalam meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi dimasa pandemic covid-19. Dampak yang diakibatkan dari wabah pandemi Covid -19 ini khususnya di daerah Bangunsari menurunnya pendapatan para pelaku usaha UMKM, pelaku UMKM terancam tutup dalam waktu yang tidak bisa ditentukan dan bahkan terancam gulung tikar, hal ini mengakibatkan bertambahnya pengangguran di Bangunsari jika tidak segera ditangani dengan tepat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan: (1) Peran Lurah Bangunsari Dolopo dalam meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi UMKM dimasa pandemi Covid-19. (2) Faktor apa saja yang mendukung peran inovasi Lurah Bangunsari Dolopo dalam meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi UMKM di masa pandemi Covid-19. (3) Faktor apa saja yang menghambat peran inovasi Lurah Bangunsari Dolopo dalam meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi UMKM di masa pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kualitatif dengan Teknik pengumpualan data melalui observasi, wawancara yang mendalam dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis dengan model interaktif yang dilakukan dengan empat tahapan yaitu: pengumpulan data, display data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian (1) Peran Lurah Bangunsari sebagai stabilisator, innovator, pelopor dan modernisator.(2) adanya factor pendukung factor interanal dan factor eksternal, (3) adanya factor penghambat internal dan factor penghambat eksternal. Dengan upaya Lurah Bangunsari dalam menjalankan perannya dengan baik upaya peningkantan pertumbuha ekonomi UMKM Bangunsari Dolopo semakin baik. THE ROLE OF LURAH BANGUNSARI DOLOPO IN INCREASING BUSINESS, MIKKRO, SMALL, AND MEDIUM ENTERPRISES (MSMES) DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC ABSTRACT Increasingeconomic growth during the Covid-19 pandemic is very important in carrying out the duties, functions and roles of a lurah. So it is very important that the efforts of the village leadership are needed in realizing it, Bangunsari village has carried out several implementations to accelerate the increase in economic growth during the Covid-19 pandemic. The role of the Bangunasari Village Head is a spearhead of successful efforts to increase economic growth during the Covid-19 pandemic. Dueto the Covid-19 pandemic outbreak, especially in the Bangunsari area, the decline in income of MSME business actors, MSME actors are threatened with closing indeterminately and even threatened to go out of business, this results in an increase in unemployment in Bangunsari if not immediately handled appropriately. This studyaims to describe: (1) Peran Lurah Bangunsari Dolopo in increasing the economic growth of MSMEs during the Covid-19 pandemic. (2) Whatare the actors who support the innovative role of Lurah Bangunsari Dolopo in increasing the economic growth of MSMEs during the Covid-19 pandemic. (3) Whatare the actors who hinder the role of innovation of Lurah Bangunsari Dolopo in increasing the economic growth of MSMEs during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research includes qualitative research with data collection techniques through observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. Analysis techniques with interactive models are carried out in four stages, namely: data collection, data display, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the research (1) The role of Lurah Bangunsari as a stabilizer, innovator, pioneer and modernizer. (2) the presence of supporting factors of interanal factors and external factors, (3) the presence of internal inhibiting factors and external inhibiting factors. With the efforts of the Bangunsari Village Head in carrying out its role well, efforts to increase the economic growth of MSMEs, Bangunsari Dolopo, are getting better.
