Abstract

Abstract This research is to find out that the village government realizes social inclusion into village development, this social inclusion is aimed at villagers who are prone to being marginalized. The formulation of the problem from this research is how the role of the village government is to realize social inclusion into village development. The method of this research is descriptive qualitative method based on literature review data and data from the field. Data analysis in this study is a qualitative analysis technique where the data obtained are analyzed using data reduction, presenting data and then drawing conclusions. The results of the study based on this research look at the data from the village government to realize social inclusion for village development. The Bringinan Village Government also encourages all elements to take part in the village development process. The village government invites all elements to uphold the value of equality in the social sphere. This is evident from the involvement of marginalized groups in the preparation of development programs and development work with villagers. Three things are the main pressure points for the Bringinan Village Government to fulfill the rights for vulnerable villagers to be excluded, namely the village development economy which is contained in the field of empowerment and the field of village development whose changes are contained in the village development activity plan and village government work plan, access to health services for village development is evident from the existence of a healthy community card from village government, politics and public administration for development are reflected in the field of village population development, and the field of village administration Keywords: The role of village government, social inclusion, village development
