Abstract

Abstrak
Penelitian ini mengambil dari persepsi masyarakat terhadap kepemimpinan
Kepala Desa Bangunasri Kecamatan Barat Kabupaten Magetan. Peraturan terkait
birokrasidesa diatur dalam Undang-Undang No 6 Tahun 2014 tentang Desa
Metode penelitian ini menggunakan kualitatif-deskriptif dan melakukan penelitian
lewat wawancara langsung dengan masyarakat Desa Bangunasri, pertanyaan
wawancara berdasarkan teori-teori kepemimpinan yang di kembangkan menjadi
pertanyaan terkait kepemimpinan Kepala Desa. Rumusan masalah disini untuk
mengetahui persepsi masyarakat terkait kepemimpinan Kepala Desa Bangunasri
dan bertujuan untuk mengetahui pendapat masyarakat terkait kepemimpinan
Kepala Desa. Data yang didapat lewat wawancara dengan informan kemudian
diolah dan dianalisis kemudian menunjukan hasil bahwa masyarakat merespon
positif terhadap Kepala Desa Bangunasri yang sekarang.

Abstrack
This study describe from the community's perception of the leadership of the Head
of Bangunasri Village, West District, Magetan Regency. Regulations related to
village bureaucracy are regulated in Law No. 6 of 2014 concerning Villages. This
research method uses qualitative-descriptive and conducts research through
direct interviews with the people of Bangunasri Village, interview questions based
on leadership theories that are developed into questions related to the leadership
of the Village Head. The formulation of the problem here is to find out community
perceptions regarding the leadership of the Bangunasri Village Head and aims to
find out community opinions regarding the leadership of the Village Head. The
data obtained through interviews with informants were then processed and
analyzed and then showed the results that the community responded positively to
the Head of Bangunasri Village.
