Abstract
The abilty to read is basic and important for the advancement of human resources. For student, basic skill to learn is reading.from reading ability, student gets information, learn science, adding experience, and learn new thing. Reseach method used is classroom action reseach. Data source from class I students, totaling 9 children. Learning media used is innovation pop up book media. Research result classroom action in cycle I show change but have not reached the maximum, and then improvements were made in cycle II. Result from cycle II accuracy in reading get percentage 86%, precision ability to get percentage 75%, and last fluency in reading to get percentage 72%.
