Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Organizational Culture, Communication and Transformational Leadership on Employee Engagement of Employees at Anteraja Expedition Ponorogo Branch. This study used a quantitative method with primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires and secondary data obtained from data from the Ponorogo Branch Anteraja Expedition. The population in this study were employees of the Ponorogo Branch of Anteraja Expedition. The technique used in sampling is saturated samples. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Organizational Culture Variables have a positive and significant effect on Employee Engagement of Employees at Anteraja Expedition Ponorogo Branch. 2) The Communication Variable has a positive and significant effect on Employee Engagement of the Ponorogo Branch Anteraja Expedition Employees. 3) Variable Transformational Leadership has a positive and significant effect on Employee Engagement of Employees at Anteraja Expedition Ponorogo Branch.
