"This study aims to determine the Effect of Leadership, Workload, and Emotional Intelligence on Employee Productivity at PT. BPRS Mitra Mentari Sejahtera Ponorogo. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. Data from respondents and analysis using SPSS 22 software. "The population in this study are employees of PT. BPRS Mitra Mentari Sejahtera Ponorogo. The sample used in this study amounted to 47 respondents using nonprobability sampling. The results of this study indicate that: (1) There is an influence between leadership on work productivity, (2) There is an influence between workload on work productivity, (3) There is an influence between emotional intelligence on work productivity, (4) There is an influence between leadership, burden work, and emotional intelligence on work productivity”.
