Abstract
This thesis replacement final project is entitled Crofflelicious Kiedai Marketing Communication Strategy Through Social Media. This study aims to describe marketing communication strategies based on product, price, distribution and promotion at Crofflelicious Stores.
This type of research is qualitative research. The research instruments are observation and interviews. The data source for this research is the results of interviews with the owner of the Crofflelicious Store.
The result of this research is to find out the croffle marketing communication strategy at Crofflelicious Stores such as the croffle price strategy which is set by giving promotions and discount prices for every purchase. As well as knowing the distribution market spread by Crofflelicious Stores.
