ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the effect of Employee Movements, Physical Work Environment, and Workload on Employee Performance at PT. Regional Development Bank (BANK JATIM) Ponorogo Branch Office, either partially or simultaneously. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Regional Development Bank (BANK JATIM) Ponorogo Branch Office. while the sampling technique used by researchers is the probability sampling method with Simple random sampling and with a total sample of 38 employees. The data taken to conduct this research are primary and secondary data using questionnaires and literature as well as archives. Testing the analysis of the quality of the data used is the validity test and reliability test. Testing the hypothesis using partial regression coefficient test (t test) and simultaneously (f test). The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis and coefficient of determination analysis (R2). The results of this study indicate that partially (1) Mutations have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Regional Development Bank (BANK JATIM) Ponorogo Branch Office, (2) Physical Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Regional Development Bank (BANK JATIM) Ponorogo Branch Office, (3) Workload has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Regional Development Bank (BANK JATIM) Ponorogo Branch Office. Simultaneously Movements, Physical Work Environment, and Workload have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Regional Development Bank (BANK JATIM) Ponorogo Branch Office. Based on the results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination, it shows that the result is 0.457 or 45.7% and the remaining 54.3% is influenced by other variables outside the variables in this study.
