ABSTRACT
Financial performance is a description of the company's financial condition over a certain period of time. The purpose of financial performance is to find out how developed a company has been achieved in a certain period of time.
The purpose of this study is to determine the financial condition or performance of PT. Kalbe Farma Tbk as measured using the ratio of liquidity, profitability and solvency. The data used for this analysis comes from the annual financial reports of PT. Kalbe Farma Tbk from 2018 to 2021. This research uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive research type. Secondary data was collected from the financial reports of PT. Kalbe Farma Tbk which can be downloaded at https://www.idx.co.id. The financial ratio formula will be used to analyze this data and then described to assess the company's financial performance.
The results showed that the liquidity ratio as measured using the Current Ratio and the Quick Ratio, and the solvency ratio as measured by the Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR) and the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) of the company were in "very good" condition. Profitability ratios are measured using the company's Return On Assets (ROA) and Return On Equity (ROE).
