Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of layout, supervision and production facilities on production targets in UD. HasbyvMlarak Ponorogo partially or simultaneously. The formulation of the problem is whether the layout, supervision and production facilities affect the production targets at VUD. HasbyvMlarak Ponorogo?. Data analysis method is descriptive quantitative. The population in this study are UD employees. Hasby MlarakvPonorogo. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with the technique taken, namely saturated sampling (census). Data collection techniques in this study used questionnaires, observation and literature study. Data analysis was performed by using multiple linear regression analysis, k test, iF test and determinant coefficient. The results of this study show that partially (1) Layout hasnot a significant effect on Production Targets; (2) Supervision has a significant effect on the Production Target; (3) Product Facilities have a significant effect on Production Targets. (4) Layout, Supervision and Work Facilities simultaneously have a significant effect on Production Targets at UD. Hasby Mlarak Ponorogo.
