The background of this research is based on observations at the Regional Leaders
of 023 Tapak Suci and Regional Kwartir Hizbul Wathan Ponorogo, there is a program
made by the leadership and carried out by each trainer in forming Muhammadiyah
organizational cadres. This study aims to analyze and find out: (1) Tapak Suci and Hizbul
Wathan training programs in preparing Muhammadiyah Organization Cadres, (2) Barriers
to Tapak Suci and Hizbul Wathan training in preparing Muhammadiyah Organization
Cadres, (3) What was developed to overcome obstacles in training Tapak Suci and Hizbul
Wathan in preparing Muhammadiyah Organization Cadres, (4) Results of the Tapak Suci
and Hizbul Wathan training program in preparing Muhammadiyah Organization Cadres.
In this study using a type of qualitative research, with the type of case study. Collection
techniques using observation (by direct observation of research matters to leaders,
trainers and students), interviews (digging up the necessary information from respondents
by asking questions) and documentation. While the data analysis uses data reduction
techniques, data display, draws conclusions and verification.
The results of this study include: (1) the Tapak Suci and Hizbul Wathan training
programs in preparing Muhammadiyah organization cadres in Ponorogo are good and
optimal, (2) the obstacles to the Tapak Suci and Hizbul Wathan training in preparing
Muhammadiyah organization cadres in Ponorogo are that students' abilities related to
religion are lacking , unconducive environmental conditions and lack of synchronization
between parents and children in fostering religious understanding, (3) solutions developed
to resolve obstacles to Tapak Suci and Hizbul Wathan exercises in preparing
Muhammadiyah cadres in Ponorogo, training that adds scientific insight and
understanding bermuhamadiyah for their students and always giving directions to become
good individuals with good aqeedah, who return to the Qur'an and sunnah, (4) the results
of the Tapak Suci and Hizbul Wathan training programs in preparing Muhammadiyah
organization cadres in Ponorogo have been going quite well but there are still some
improvements. However, the cadre process went very well and the students could
continue their struggle in Muhammadiyah as the next generation.
