This research aims to determine the influence of financial knowledge, financial inclusion and locus of control on the financial performance of MSMEs in Ponorogo District. This type of research uses quantitative research methods and the data used in this research is primary data. The population in this research are MSMEs in the trade sector in Ponorogo District. This research uses probability sampling techniques. So, to select respondents, we used a cluster sampling technique, namely distributing questionnaires in the trade sector to several sub-districts in Ponorogo District by taking representatives from each existing sub-district area. The total sample was 112 respondents. Data was collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using Smart Partial Least Square (PLS). The test results show that financial knowledge has no significant effect on financial performance, financial inclusion and locus of control have a significant positive effect on the financial performance of MSMEs in Ponorogo District, Ponorogo Regency.
