Abstract

ABSTRAK
HUBUNGAN TINGKAT STRESS DENGAN KLASIFIKASI GASTRITIS
DI POLI DALAM RUMAH SAKIT AMAL SEHAT WONOGIRI

Stres memiliki efek negatif melalui mekanisme neuroendokrin terhadap saluran pencernaan sehingga beresiko untuk mengalami gastritis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungan antara tingkat stress dengan klasifikasi gastritis di poli dalam Rumah Sakit Amal Sehat Wonogiri.
Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah cross-sectional dengan Populasi pasien gastritis di Poli Dalam RS Amal Sehat Wonogiri, jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 58 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel Purposive Sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan lembar kuesioner DASS-42 dan lembar ceklist klasifikasi gastritis yang dianalisa menggunakan aplikasi SPSS dengan uji Chy-Square dengan p-value <0,005.
Hasil yang didapatkan dari 58 responden, 20 responden yang mengalami stress ringan, 16 responden (80%) menyatakan stress ringan menderita gastritis kronis, 4 responden (20%) mengalami tingkat stress ringan menderita gastritis akut. Sedangkan 19 responden mengalami stress sedang, 13 responden (68,4%) menyatakan stress sedang menderita gastritis kronis, 6 responden (31,6%) mengalami tingkat stress sedang menderita gastritis akut. Dan pada 19 orang yang mengalami stress normal, 13 responden (68,4%) menunjukkan gejala stress normal menderita gastrtits akut, 6 responden (31,6%) yang mengalami stress normal menderita gastritis kronis. Analisa data menggunakan uji statistic Chi-Square didapatkan p-value = 0,006 yang berarti lebih kecil dari α = 0,05. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan terdapat hubungan tingkat stess dengan klasifikasi gastritis di Poli Dalam RS Amal Sehat Wonogiri.
Pada penelitian ini keterbatasan penelitian terkait jumlah responden yang datang ke RS Amal Sehat Wonogiri terbatas sehingga mempengaruhi waktu pengumpulan data.

ABSTRACT
THE RELATIONSHIP OF STRESS LEVEL WITH GASTRITIS CLASSIFICATION
AT THE POLY IN WONOGIRI HEALTHY CHARITY HOSPITAL

Stress has a negative effect through neuroendocrine mechanisms on the digestive tract, putting you at risk of developing ulcers. This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between stress levels and the classification of gastritis in the clinic at the Wonogiri Amal Sehat Hospital.
The method used in this research was cross-sectional with a population of gastritis patients at the Amal Sehat Wonogiri Hospital Internal Polyclinic, the total research sample was 58 respondents. Purposive sampling technique. The instruments used were the DASS-42 questionnaire sheet and the gastritis classification checklist sheet which were analyzed using the SPSS application with the Chy-Square test with a p-value <0.005.
The results were obtained from 58 respondents, 20 respondents experienced mild stress, 16 respondents (80%) stated mild stress suffering from chronic gastritis, 4 respondents (20%) experienced mild stress suffering from acute gastritis. Meanwhile, 19 respondents experienced moderate stress, 13 respondents (68.4%) stated that they were moderately stressed, suffering from chronic gastritis, 6 respondents (31.6%) experienced moderate levels of stress, suffering from acute gastritis. And of the 19 people who experienced normal stress, 13 respondents (68.4%) showed symptoms of normal stress suffering from acute gastritis, 6 respondents (31.6%) who experienced normal stress suffered from chronic gastritis. Data analysis using the Chi-Square statistical test obtained p-value = 0.006, which means it is smaller than α = 0.05. So it can be concluded that there is a relationship between stress level and gastritis classification at the Wonogiri Amal Sehat Hospital Internal Polyclinic.
In this study, research limitations related to the number of respondents who came to the Amal Sehat Wonogiri Hospital were limited, thus affecting the data collection time.
