The Human Development Index is one of the parameters in achieving economic development to realize a prosperous society and reduce poverty. This study aims to determine the effect of poverty, economic growth, education and health on the human development index in East Java Province in 2012-2022. The method used in this research is quantitative method, and the tests used are classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, determination coefficient test (R2), t test (partial) and F test (simultaneous). As for the results of data processing, it shows that poverty, economic growth, education and health have a significant effect on the human development index in East Java Province in 2012-2022.
