PENGARUH MOTIVASI KERJA, BUDAYA ORGANISASI, DAN KEPUASAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN. (Studi Pada Karyawan Pabrik Gondorukem & Terpentyn (PGT) Sukun Ds. Sidoharjo Kec. Pulung Kab. Ponorogo).

ABSTRACT
The aim of this research is to determine the influence of work motivation, organizational culture and job satisfaction on employee performance (Study at the Gondorukem & Turpentyn (PGT) Sukun Factory, Sidoharjo Village, Pulung District, Ponorogo Regency). The method used in this research is a quantitative method. The population in this study were all employees with a sample of 54 employees of the Gondorukem and Terpentyn Sukun Factory, Sidoharjo Village, Pulung District, Ponorogo Regency. The research results show that: 1). Work Motivation (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) of the Gondorukem & Breadfruit Turpentine Factory, Pulung District, Ponorogo Regency. 2). Organizational Culture (X2) has a significant positive effect on Employee Performance (Y) of the Gondorukem & Breadfruit Turpentine Factory, Pulung District, Ponorogo Regency. 3). Job Satisfaction (X3) influences Employee Performance (Y) of the Gondorukem & Breadfruit Turpentine Factory, Pulung District, Ponorogo Regency. 4). The independent variables Work Motivation, Organizational Culture, and Job Satisfaction simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) of the Gondorukem & Breadfruit Turpentine Factory, Pulung District, Ponorogo Regency.
