The aim of this research is to investigate the influence of emotional intelligence,
intellectual intelligence, and spiritual intelligence on the performance of teachers at
SMK PGRI 2 Ponorogo. The researcher employed a sample of 55 respondents who
are teachers at SMK PGRI 2 Ponorogo using simple random sampling technique.
In analyzing the obtained data, validity test, reliability test, classical assumption
test, t-test, and F-test were utilized. The data analysis tool used multiple linear
regression and coefficient of determination. All of the data were processed using
SPSS version 26. The results obtained in this study are as follows: 1. Emotional
intelligence has an effect on the performance of teachers at SMK PGRI 2 Ponorogo.
2. Intellectual intelligence influences the performance of teachers at SMK PGRI 2
Ponorogo. 3. Spiritual intelligence affects the performance of teachers at SMK
PGRI 2 Ponorogo. 4. Emotional intelligence, intellectual intelligence, and spiritual
intelligence simultaneously influence the performance of teachers at SMK PGRI 2
Ponorogo.
