Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of spiritual leadership,
Individual Characteristics and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance in
CV. Putri Adi Wijaya and to find out the Influence of Spiritual Leadership,
Individual Characteristics and Organizational Culture simultaneously affect Performance
Employees at CV. Adi Wijaya's daughter. The population in this study is
All employees at CV Putri Adi Wijaya are based on engineering
Saturated sampling is a technique for determining which samples are all
Population members are used as samples. Number of samples used
in the research were 30 respondents. Data and results of these respondents
processed using the help of the SPSS application. The research results show that
Spiritual Leadership (X1) has a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y),
Individual Characteristics (X2) have a significant effect on Employee Performance
(Y), and Organizational Culture (X3) have a significant effect on Performance
Employee (Y) on CV. Adi Wijaya's daughter. Method of analysis of this research
using Multiple Linear Regression analysis with the help of a software program
Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) Version 25.
