The results of this research analyze, a) the elements violated by perpetrators of the crime of ordinary murder in decision number. 53/Pid.B/PN.PNG is in accordance with the decision made by the panel of judges with the first indictment under the threat of Article 338 of the Criminal Code and is in accordance with the procedures of Law No. 8 of 1981 concerning criminal procedural law.. b) legal considerations panel of judges in handing down a sentence for the crime of murder in decision number. 53/Pid.B/PN.PNG is in accordance with the applicable law, with a sentence of 11 years in prison in accordance with the first indictment of the public prosecutor with the threat of Article 338 of the Criminal Code and has taken into account in the trial facts and mitigating and aggravating factors for the defendant.
