Abstract

This study explores the use of Augmented Reality (AR) technology in the context of early childhood education. The research aims to understand how AR can be integrated into learning to enhance children's understanding of concepts and engagement. The research method employed is an exploratory study focusing on teachers' experiences, children's responses, as well as the challenges and opportunities of implementing AR in preschool classrooms. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with teachers and direct observation of children's learning activities using AR. The findings indicate that the use of AR can enhance children's learning motivation and facilitate their understanding of abstract concepts. However, AR implementation faces challenges such as technical limitations and insufficient teacher training. The implications of this research include recommendations for educators and curriculum developers to effectively integrate AR technology into early childhood education.but also strengthens their emotional and social skills, which are essential for school readiness and their future lives.
