The Quality Family Village (KB Village) is a village-level unit where there is integration and convergence of empowerment and strengthening of family institutions in all its dimensions to improve the quality of human resources, families, and communities. This research describes the implementation of the sustainable The Quality Family Village (KB Village) program in Nongkodono Village and the developing The Quality Family Village (KB Village) in Karanglo Kidul Village, Ponorogo Regency. The researcher uses a qualitative approach. Data collection involves observation, interviews, and documentation, with data analysis using data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The Quality Family Village (KB Village) program highlights the importance of a structured and integrated system from the national to the village level to achieve the desired goals. Communication and coordination between various parties are key elements in the implementation of this program. From the Presidential Instruction to the role of the National Population and Family Planning Agency (BKKBN) at the national level, as well as the roles of the Population and Family Planning Control Agency (DPPKB) and the Family Planning Field Officers (PLKB) at the district and sub-district levels, the program is carried out with solid cooperation. At the village level, the working group (Pokja) of The Quality Family Village (KB Village), consisting of various sections, ensures the program's implementation according to the local community's needs. Regular meetings at the village and district levels and the use of online and offline communication support effective information exchange and coordination. Synergy between the government, PLKB, village government, and the community is an essential factor in improving the community's quality of life through an effective Kampung KB program.
