Abstract

Penelitian ini betujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Orientasi Kewirausahaan, Orientasi Pasar, dan Kompetensi Kewirausahaan Terhadap Keunggulan Bersaing Pada UMKM Sate Ayam Ponorogo. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Data dari penelitian ini diperoleh dari penyebaran kesioner google form yang nantinya dianalisis dengan memakai Smart PLS. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelaku UMKM sate ayam Ponorogo yang tidak diketahui jumlahnya. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 90 responden yang diperoleh dengan metode random sampling dengan teknik simple random sampling. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Orientasi Kewirausahaan tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keunggulan bersaing pada UMKM sate ayam Ponorogo. (2) Orientasi Pasar memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keunggulan bersaing pada UMKM sate ayam Ponorogo. (3) Kompetensi Kewirausahaan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keunggulan bersaing pada UMKM sate ayam Ponorogo.
