This research aims to determine the effect of workload, turnover intention and non-physical work environment on the work productivity of employees of CV.Fiesta Ngunut, Babadan, Ponorogo. The population in this study was 36 people. The sample used is a saturated sample. The data taken in this research includes primary data obtained from the results of a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The analysis technique used for this research is using the smart-pls application with analysis in the form of PLS-SEM and Bootstrapping. In this smart-pls test, what is tested is validity, R-square coefficient of determination, hypothesis testing (significant), and reliability. The results of this study show that workload has positive but not significant results, turnover intention has positive but not significant results, while the non-physical work environment is significantly positive.
