Abstract

This study examines the relationship of financial knowledge, financial attitudes and emotional intelligence to the financial behaviour of housewives in Karang Mojo Hamlet, Tegalombo Village, Kauman District, Ponorogo Regency. This study aims to determine the effect of financial knowledge, financial attitudes, and emotional intelligence on financial behaviour of housewives in Karang Mojo Hamlet, Tegalombo Village, Kauman Subdistrict, Ponorogo Regency. This type of research uses quantitative research methods and the data used in this study are primary data. The population in this study were housewives in Karang Mojo Hamlet, this study used Non-Probability Sampling technique using purposive sampling method with the criteria of housewives who are married or married. The sample size was 112 respondents. Data collection using Google Form online questionnaires and analysed using Partial Least Square (PLS). The test results show that financial knowledge and emotional intelligence have no effect on financial behaviour, financial attitudes have a significant positive effect on financial behaviour in housewives in Karang Mojo Hamlet, Tegalombo Village, Kauman District, Ponorogo Regency.
