The soybean crushing machine was created to break down and separate the skin from soybean seeds, increasing the productivity of tempeh MSMEs. This machine works by inserting soybeans into a collecting funnel, then a grinding process is carried out to break down the soybean seeds and separate the epidermis. Assisted by components such as an electric motor, pulley, v-belt, bearings, shaft and frame, this machine has a capacity of 100 kg/hour with a ¼ hp electric motor movement and 1400 rpm rotation. Safety in operation must still be maintained.
