MSMEs have always been described as a sector that has an important role because most of the population is poorly educated lives in small business activities in both traditional and modern sectors, and is able to absorb labor. Jatisari Village is a village that has abundant potential, both natural potential and human resource potential. This abundant potential has not been fully empowered by the community optimally to improve community welfare so that the Regional Original Income (PAD) in Jatisari Village is relatively low. In addition, the availability of facilities is very minimal in the digital marketing of superior village products. This research focuses on the role of food product MSMEs in Jatisari Village in increasing community income as well as what are the inhibiting and supporting factors in the process of developing food MSMEs in Jatisari village. This type of research is a type of qualitative research. The primary data collection method used was an interview with 5 informants. The 5 people are food MSME entrepreneurs in Jatisari Village. Based on the results of the author's analysis, it can be concluded that MSMEs in Jatisari Village have an important role in increasing community income. Currently, Jatisari MSMEs are facing several problems to develop their businesses, ranging from problems related to capital to the limitations of the mindset of the local people of Jatisari village. To overcome these problems, support from the government, financial institutions, and the community is needed to create an ecosystem that is conducive to the growth of MSMEs.
