This thesis examines the implementation of immigration law at the Class II Non-TPI Immigration Office in Ponorogo, focusing on the supervision of foreigners in mixed marriages. Through literature review and analysis of immigration law, the study identifies key challenges in supervision, including administrative, cultural, and technical barriers.
Proposed solutions encompass enhancing inter-agency cooperation, improving the capacity of immigration officers, and utilizing more advanced information technology. Through these concrete measures, it is anticipated that the supervision of mixed marriages can be carried out more effectively and efficiently in Ponorogo.
