Abstract

This study aims to determine what rules are prohibited by the Minister of Tourism Regulation Number 4 of 2021 and what sanctions are applied to karaoke entrepreneurs who violate the rules made by the Ponorogo Regency Government as well as the factors that influence law enforcement and are in accordance with legal norms.
This research was conducted in Ponorogo Regency, this research was conducted with normative legal research (normative legal research method). The normative legal research method is a library legal research conducted by examining library materials or secondary data.
Based on the results and discussions in the study regarding the Regulation of the Minister of Tourism Number 4 of 2021 Concerning iKaraoke Regarding the Level of Legal Compliance with Karaoke Business Standards, the following conclusions can be drawn: Efforts to enforce the law on entertainment and recreation businesses regarding karaoke by the Ponorogo Regency Government carried out by the relevant agencies, namely supervision carried out by the Perdagkum Service, namely as the party authorized to issue operating permits based on a recommendation letter from the technical team of the Ponorogo Regency Tourism Service in a field review first which must be in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Tourism Number 4 of 2021 and the Regional Regulation of Ponorogo Regency Number 6 of 2015. In accordance with the Regional Regulation of Ponorogo Regency Number 6 of 2015 concerning the Implementation of Entertainment, Recreation and Spa Activities, the enforcement of licensing laws and sanctions for unlicensed or violating karaoke businesses in Ponorogo Regency is in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Tourism Number 4 of 2021 and the Regional Regulation of Ponorogo Regency Number 6 of 2015.
