This thesis examines the implementation of law enforcement in administration immigration and the challenges faced in efforts to improve security national and the integrity of the immigration system. Implementation of internal law enforcement Immigration administration plays a central role in shaping efficiency and effectiveness of immigration supervision and control. Law enforcementcreate a clear basis for the procedures and actions required to maintain national security and ensure compliance with legal provisions
applicable. However, there are a number of complex challenges, including high volume of applicants, potential security risks, interagency collaboration, complexity of rules and regulations, need for human resources adequate, as well as technological developments. To overcome this challenge, a holistic approach is needed that includes increased cooperation inter-institutional, technological updates, increasing human resource capacity, evaluation of rules and regulations, as well as community participation. By applying these steps, the Immigration Office can strengthen their role in maintaining national security through the effectiveness of law enforcement in immigration administration.
