This research aims to: 1) determine the role of Pokdarwis in developing Sendang Bulus tourism in Pager Village, 2) determine the impact of developing Sendang Bulus tourism on the economy of the Pager Village community. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data collection techniques were carried out through direct observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. The research results show that 1) Pager Village Pokdarwis has an important role in the development of Sendang Bulus tourism through facilitating, educational, representational and technical roles. In its facilitating role, Pokdarwis has succeeded in mobilizing the community to actively participate, providing sales stalls, and recruiting members from the local community. However, the role of education is still limited to the planning stage and has not been concretely realized. The representational role is demonstrated through collaboration with educational institutions and participation in various trainings. Meanwhile, the technical role has been implemented in tourism management by using technology. 2) the development of Sendang Bulus tourism has had a positive impact on the local community, especially small businesses and housewives. The main impact of this development is an increase in traders' income and the opening of job opportunities
