Abstract
There are many obstacles in the process of applying for ASN leave in Ponorogo Regency, one of which is that applying for leave is still manual and takes time. An information system is needed to overcome this problem that is integrated and efficient. This research aims to create a web-based leave application information system that is useful for speeding up the application process, minimizing errors and increasing data accuracy. The system designed and built uses a rule-based algorithm to overcome the employee leave conditioning process. In the process of designing and building this system, a research methodology was used using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) approach with the waterfall model, which includes the stages of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing and maintenance. This system is designed using web-based technology with a responsive framework, so that it can be accessed via various devices and will also be equipped with main features such as uploading leave forms, downloading leave decision letters, notification of application status, validation of leave data, and real-time reporting. This can create a leave application information system that can optimize the leave administration process for ASN, thereby increasing work efficiency and BKPSDM services, and has been tested with a user acceptance test (UAT) with a percentage result of 92.74% of ASN respondents. So it becomes a relevant solution for digitizing administrative processes within the Ponorogo Regency Government agency.
