Abstract

Transurethral Resection of the Prostate (TURP) is action non- incisional
surgery on BPH patients with method cutting in a way electrical prostate through
the urethral meatus , tissue enlarged prostate as well as can obstruct the path of
urine will removed or thrown away through Electrocautery as well as issued
through dilator irrigation . Patients who underwent action with operation
Transurethral Resection of the Prostate (TURP) can experience the occurrence of
pain as well as anxiety that causes the occurrence discomfort as well as the
occurrence disturbance of sense of security . Management painful usually done
action in a way pharmacology And nonpharmacological . Intervention nonpharmacological which can given For reduce post TURP BPH pain including
namely , technique relaxation giving aromatherapy.
Study This done for 5 days start October 10 , 2024 to October 14 , 2024 24
in the Mas Mansur Room , Muhammadiyah Hospital Ponorogo . Respondent
namely Mr. T with BPH Turp who is experiencing problems nursing painful I
And will be done implementation technique relaxation coffee aromatherapy For
reduce pain . Instruments use Standard Operational Procedure And sheet
observation .
From the results Mr. T patient assessment say Client say painful on stomach
part lower scale pain 7 . Based on results inspection physique obtained KU:
Moderate , GCS: E4, V5, M6, Consciousness : Compos Mentis, Patient's vital
signs are BP: 100/90 mm/Hg, Pulse : 72x/ minute , RR: 20x/ minute Temperature
: 36 0 C, SpO 2 98% . Intervention that is implementation technique relaxation
giving coffee aromatherapy for lower pain . Results implementation show that
after he did implementation for 5 days in succession , the problems that occur on
client there is change towards the more well marked with decline scale painful
from 7 to 2. Based on from objective data And subjective that exists to Mr. T then
researcher conclude that problem nursing painful I relate with agent injury (
procedure operation ). Study case This expected can give description And become
reference in implementation technique relaxation giving coffee aromatherapy for
lower painful .
