Abstract

Employee performance is the main foundation for success in an institution. Understanding the factors that influence this is crucial, including the workload carried out, the quality of leadership applied, and the level of integrity that is upheld. The objectives of this research are divided into four points. First, to determine the effect of workload on the performance of medical staff at the Dolopo District Hospital, Madiun Regency. Second, to determine the influence of leadership on the performance of medical staff at the Dolopo District Hospital, Madiun Regency. Third, to determine the influence of integrity on the performance of medical staff at the Dolopo District Hospital, Madiun Regency. Fourth, to find out how workload, leadership and integrity simultaneously influence the performance of medical staff at the Dolopo District Hospital, Madiun Regency. The method used in this research is a quantitative method, and the tests used are the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, coefficient of determination test (R2), t test (partial) and F test (simultaneous). The results of data processing show that workload and integrity have effect on the performance of medical employees at Dolopo Hospital, Madiun Regency, where the higher the workload and integrity, the performance tends to increase. Meanwhile, leadership has not shown influence on employee performance. However, together workload, leadership and integrity have a positive and significant effect on the performance of medical employees at Dolopo Regional Hospital.
