Abstract
The purpose of this study is to describe the strategies used by educators to help four- to five-year-old students at Klecorejo Village Kindergarten develop their own morals and identify factors that support and hinder this process. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method, with data analysis: 1). data collection, 2). data reduction, 3). data presentation, and 4). drawing conclusions. The study shows that teachers use various habits such as getting students used to shaking hands, saying hello, praying before and after learning activities, and performing the Dhuha prayer together. Habituation, regular repetition, and positive reinforcement are the keys to successfully developing children's personal morals. In addition, parental and environmental support also contribute, despite challenges such as inconsistent child behavior, emotional stability, and limited time and energy. This study concludes that continuous habituation and role models from teachers are key elements in developing personal morals in early childhood.
