Toko Nata, a leather sandal sales and craftsman in Magetan, faces monthly fluctuations in demand. This situation leads to potential stock shortages during periods of high demand and stockpiling during periods of low demand. This study aims to apply the Trend Moment method to a web-based leather sandal sales prediction system, allowing business owners to estimate the appropriate production volume for the following month. Sales data from 2023 to 2024 were used as historical data, then processed to create a prediction model. Accuracy was evaluated using the Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) for each sandal model. The test results showed that some sandal models were categorized as fairly accurate, while others were less accurate. This study demonstrates that the Trend Moment method can be used as an initial reference in stock planning, although the use of other prediction methods should be considered to improve the accuracy of the results.
