The current era of globalization has led to the rapid development of technology and information utilization, particularly in various human activities within an organization. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of Quality of Work Life, Supportive Teamwork, and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance at the Ponorogo Tourism Office.
The sample for this study was 42 civil servant employees at the Ponorogo Tourism Office. A nonprobability sampling technique was used, with a sample size of 42 respondents. The analysis used multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 25. This study yielded partial t-test results as follows: quality of work life = 0.011, supportable teamwork = 0.003, and organizational culture = 0.010.
