Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of Regent Regulation No. 60 of 2020 concerning the acceleration of poverty alleviation in Wonodadi Village, Ngrayun District, Ponorogo. Qualitative research is defined as scientific research that focuses on understanding phenomena within a social framework organically, with a strong emphasis on fostering in-depth communication between researchers and study subjects. In qualitative research, researchers serve as the primary instrument, directly involved in collecting data from primary sources.
The results of this study indicate that socialization has been carried out through two main methods: direct and indirect socialization. Direct socialization was conducted through meetings with village officials, RT/RW heads, and community leaders, while indirect socialization was conducted through social media, bulletin boards, and village meetings. Although information has been widely disseminated, obstacles remain in the form of a lack of public understanding of the administrative procedures that must be fulfilled to benefit from this program. The implementation of this Regent's Regulation has been carried out in accordance with the established stages, starting from data collection of beneficiaries, verification at the village level, to coordination with relevant agencies at the district level. However, in practice, several obstacles remain, such as budget limitations, a long data collection process, and suboptimal coordination between the village government and relevant agencies.
