Abstract

Administrative communication through letters remains a vital element in supporting organizational performance, including at the Bringinan Village Office. However, the manual management of outgoing mail leads to inefficiencies in document searching and archiving. This study aims to implement the Quick Sort algorithm in a web-based outgoing mail sorting system to improve the effectiveness of administrative archive management. The method used includes designing an outgoing mail information system with the integration of the Quick Sort algorithm to sort data based on the submission date attribute. Testing was conducted through seven scenarios to evaluate the accuracy and efficiency of the algorithm. The results show that the Quick Sort algorithm is able to sort data with 100% accuracy without logical errors, and a very fast processing time of 0.001 seconds. This algorithm demonstrates optimal performance in large-scale data management and supports a responsive and organized administration system. Its implementation also increases the effectiveness of public services and strengthens document governance within the village government.
