Abstract

The main problem that arises in this paper is the dual citizenship status of children born from mixed marriages in Indonesia, which has various challenges, such as the author's relation to the enforcement of Law No. 12 of 2006 concerning citizenship. This study aims to analyze the current regulations regarding dual citizenship, assess their impact on children's rights, and propose legal remedies to address these issues. The research methodology used in this study is normative, with a focus on the analysis of legal norms and regulations, as well as considering the literature.
