ABSTRACT
Interpersonal Communication Patterns Between Health Cadres and the Community in Family Posyandu Activities in Jenangan Village

The research with the above title is based on the phenomenon of interpersonal communication patterns in family posyandu activities involving health cadres who are the main facilitators to support the success of this activity, but are often still faced with gaps in knowledge, local culture and community. The formulation of the problem in this study is How is the Interpersonal Communication Pattern Between Health Cadres and the Community in Family Posyandu activities in Jenangan Village using a descriptive qualitative research method. Which describes the events encountered by researchers in the field and explained using the theory chosen by the researcher. The purpose of this study is to determine the Interpersonal Communication Pattern between health cadres and the community in the sustainability of family posyandu in Jenangan Village. This researcher uses primary and secondary data. Primary data is obtained from interviews with informants determined by the researcher while secondary data is obtained from observation and documentation. The results of this study will show how the interpersonal communication pattern of family posyandu in Jenangan Village supports the smooth running of activities in Jenangan Village.
