A revote (PSU) is a corrective mechanism in the general election system that aims to restore election integrity when serious violations occur during the voting process. The implementation of the revote in the 2024 Magetan Regency Pilkada is a follow-up to Constitutional Court Decision Number 30/PHPU.BUP-XXIII/2025 regarding the disputed results of the Magetan Regent and Vice Regent election. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the revote in Magetan Regency, focusing on the policy implementation process, specifically from the perspective of communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure as formulated in George C. Edward III's policy implementation theory. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive-analytical approach. The informant selection technique was carried out using purposive sampling. The results show that the implementation of the revote in Magetan Regency in 2024 was supported by strengthened operational communication, resource optimization, a more disciplined attitude of implementers, and a more consolidated bureaucratic structure.
