This study aims to analyze the effect of investment opportunity set, capital structure, and institutional ownership on the value of transportation and logistics companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2018 to 2024, using quantitative methods and analyzing secondary data from available sources. There were 19 companies sampled that met the criteria set based on purposive sampling. Data analysis was performed using panel data regression analysis techniques with EViews 12 software. This study proves that company value is significantly influenced by investment opportunity set and capital structure, while institutional ownership does not show a significant independent effect. However, the combination of these three factors collectively has a strong effect on company value.
