**Abstract**

This study aims to analyze the tensile strength of Wood Plastic Composite (WPC) made from PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride)and PS (Polystyrene) plastic waste reinforced with natural fibers, namely coconut coir fiber and banana sheath fiber. This effort is part of a strategy to utilize plastic and agricultural waste to produce environmentally friendly composite materials with improved mechanical properties. The specimens were fabricated using the hot-press method, and tensile testing was conducted in accordance with the ASTM D638 Type IV standard. Seven different material compositions were evaluated to determine their effects on tensile strength, strain, and modulus of elasticity. The test results showed that the optimal composition consisted of 60% PVC, 10% PS, 15% coconut coir fiber, and 15% banana sheath fiber, achieving a maximum tensile strength of 79.1 MPa with an average strain of 0.042. In contrast, the lowest tensile strength was observed in the composition containing 60% PVC, 10% PS, and 30% coconut coir fiber. The findings demonstrate that a balanced combination of two types of natural fibers can significantly enhance the tensile strength and flexibility of the composite material. Furthermore, this approach offers an innovative and sustainable solution for plastic waste management.
