Abstract

Entrepreneurial Intention is an important factor in increasing the number of young entrepreneurs and supporting economic growth. This study aims to examine the effects of experiential learning, entrepreneurial self-efficacy, and family support on the entrepreneurial intention of Management students at Universitas Muhammadiyah Ponorogo. This research employed a quantitative approach using a survey method. The sample consisted of 136 Management students from the 2022, 2023, and 2024 cohorts. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using the Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) approach with SmartPLS 4.0. The results indicate that experiential learning and entrepreneurial self-efficacy have a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intention. These findings suggest that practical learning experiences and students' confidence in their entrepreneurial abilities play an important role in strengthening their intention to pursue entrepreneurship. In contrast, family support does not have a significant effect on entrepreneurial intention, indicating that family support is not the primary factor influencing students' entrepreneurial intentions. This study concludes that universities should strengthen practice-based entrepreneurship learning and enhance students' entrepreneurial self-efficacy through various entrepreneurship programs to foster stronger entrepreneurial intentions.
