System Information Management Library Using Hp’s Scan Barcode That Base Web is a part of system information that use to solve all library’s transactions problem. The library is an institution that take care of book’s lending transactions. In any library there are many of books provided, and there are several lending transactions and the final reporting of all transactions contained in the library. The first thing that patrons usually do is looking for locate the books that they want. It will take a long time if it is still using a manual system, And if all lending transactions done manually it is not possible impending redundancy data. Therefore, with the System Information Management Library Using Hp’s Scan Barcode That Base Web is able to help resolve problems concerning the management of the transaction at the library. The system was developed using the PHP programming language. Software used to establish this system are Adobe Dreamweaver CS5, notepat + + and PHPMySQL. The research was conducted by interview and observation This system can provide convenience facilities for visitors to find a specific book and library administrators in handling the transaction data processing borrowing books, improve ease of provision of information and improve the performance of library admin .
